CHICKEN KANGSOI


Ingredients:
1. Chicken
2. ginger
3. onion
4. tomato
5. green chilli
6. red powder chilli
7. onion sprigs
8. coriander leaves
9. salt to taste




Steps of preparation:

1.Bring some chicken pieces and wash it properly.

2.Put the chicken pieces in a pressure cooker and let it boil for about 5-7 minutes.

3. Then add the chopped onion, grinded  ginger and the chopped onion spring along with the green chilli, red powder chilli and some chopped tomatoes.

4.Add salt and cover the pressure cooker and let it go for one
whistle.

5.Then turn off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves.

And now it is ready to serve with a hot rice
