Chorophon ambon(Ceylon olive)

 


  Chorophon is also known as Indian olive. It is usually sour and has a distinct taste. Among the various mouth watering winter fruits, chorophon is one of them.

  Summer is approaching and the season for chorophon is going to end. But dont't worry I have some tips to prepare chorophon ambon. So here it goes......

Ingredients
. Some fresh chorophon
. Sugar to taste
.salt to taste

Steps of preparation:

1. Get some chorophon, boil it for 10-15 minutes.

2. When it get soft drain the water

  3. Now  add sugar and salt

4. Mashed it properly and add some water until it is creamy.


 5.And the chorophon ambon is ready to eat.


Its the simplest and easiest way of preparing without much effort.
