       Fish curry with tomato

 






 Ingredients

Fresh fish
Tomato
Green chilli
Chilli powder
Onion
Ginger
 Potato
Oil
Salt to taste




 
Steps of preparation:


1.Take a frying pan, heat the oil and fry the fish till it turns brown.

2.Transfer the fried fish on a plate and keep aside.
 
3.Then pour a little amount of oil and heat it till it turns golden colour.

4.After that fry the sliced onion, crushed ginger and some coriander powder.

5.Add the cut tomatoes along with potatoes as shown in the picture and fry for about 5 minutes
.
6.Add the fried fish and little amount of water and let it boil.

7.When the potato is cooked then add salt and lower down the flame.

And it is ready to serve with a hot bowl of rice.
